I let the domain name for this website expire because the hosting site was more expensive than others, however I did not realize that the original hosting site keeps the domain name for a year after expiration before releasing it. So now I’m trying to figure out what I want to do. If you’ve found your way here still, yay! Then you already know to use https://austinnicholsfan.wordpress.com/
While I’m discussing urls, http://austinnicholsfan.net still directs to the original site, but that site expires in a month and that domain is held, I think for a year as well. So I’m going from two domains to none!

I hope people still find their way here. I’ll keep everyone updated with what I decide to do. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Unfortunately I have not been able to get as much moved over and transferred as I would have liked. I started working with the Tribeca Film Festival last week and will be helping out at the festival the entire upcoming week, making editing the site difficult. I know I had originally wanted to have the majority of things moved over by tomorrow/Austin’s birthday but that doesn’t seem possible now.

As of 4/24 I will have the domain name AustinNicholsFan.com transferred to this site. AustinNicholsFan.net will still lead to the old site until further notice. I hope that by years end both address will point here and the website will be fully updated and back to full performance when the old one was at its height in years past.

Screencaps will take a longer time to upload, move over to this new version of the site. I used to watermark everything, but I have realized that people who are going to steal, will steal watermarked or not. They find ways whether it be editing or cropping to remove the tag.

This being acknowledged, tags are awful and I hate them anyway, so I will be recapping things as time permits so I can upload clean versions of all images from Austin’s television and movie roles. I do hope that people who use them will credit the site, but I’ve seen plenty taken with no credit, so tags are just a hassle for everyday fans, and its not fair. Fans should not have to deal with tags and watermarks because a few people are rude. So ya, just know that screencaps of everything are coming, but this will be an on going effort. I imagine it will take weeks/months to get through it all. So please be patient. Thanks!

Working on transferring the site from being hosted by Yahoo, to a WordPress hosted site for a few reasons, one being WordPress is more cost effective, and secondly WordPress is much easier to work with and update more quickly. So it is my goal to have the entire site moved here by Austin’s birthday at the end of the month, and have it as updated as I can in that time. Time will be restricted so I’m just doing as much as possible, but that is the goal.
